WHAT WE’RE ACTUALLY GOING TO DO

01 YOUR COMMERCIAL REFLEX
Spot what you default to when there isn’t an obvious answer.

02 READ THE SIGNALS
Separate what happened from what you’ve decided it means.

03 FIND THE REAL PROBLEM
Work out what is actually getting in the way.

04 DROP THE SHOULDS
Bin the activity that has no useful job.

05 CHOOSE THE MOVE
Pressure-test the options. Pick one.

06 COMMIT
Turn the decision into something you’re actually going to do.

NOT ANOTHER LIST. ONE MOVE.

You leave knowing what you’re going to do next ... and why.

WHO AM I?

I’m Francesca Salvini.

I’ve spent 25+ years in marketing and commercial strategy, helping businesses work out what actually drives sales and what is just noise.

I’m also a working artist, so I know how different all of that feels when the thing you’re selling is something you’ve made yourself.

This diagnostic sits somewhere between the two.

Proper commercial thinking, built for artists.

No generic “post more” advice. No pretending everybody needs the same thing.

I think that’s enough. It gives credibility without turning into a biography or a “look how qualified I am” section.
